Anthony C. Vila

Vila came to artificial intelligence as a user, not an engineer or academic. His background is in sales, entrepreneurship, and business building. Working from a phone, he discovered that AI could let a non-engineer produce software, research, and business systems that once required specialized skills.

The book grew from the problem that followed: the machine could create faster than he could independently inspect its work. He traced that verification gap through software, law, medicine, education, labor economics, security, aviation, and the history of AI itself.
